A drawing i did this morning based on Thomas Gainsborough's iconic portrait of Georgiana, Duchess of Devonshire, from 1787. Simply done to wish all of my readers, who still are still around, a Happy Halloween!
I love this, Tutta!!! I didn't know you could draw so well. Wow. Happy Halloween to you, too. Thanks for the tea suggestion. I will look for it. Wish you could have been an honored guest. Catherine
Oh thank you so much, Catherine! -drawing is what i've done all my life, though not professionally, not much anyway. But i've just started a new blog in my own name, where i will post drawings and perhaps do something about it, like selling prints and so on... http://whatjustusdrew.blogspot.com/
You're welcome, it is a truly delicious tea, it can be purchased at http://www.sweetea.com/ though sadly it no longer comes in the pretty, cerulean tin it used to, but it's still the same heavenly blend...
Oh wow, Tutta! Instantly recognisable as Gainsborough's portrait of Georgiana. What a beautifully thought out drawing, and just the very thing for Halloween. :)
